FINE CRAFT, REORIENTATION-RECONVERSION RESEARCH STUDY BURSARIES AWARD-GIVING CEREMONY

In order to preserve historic monuments, it is essential that we maintain and develop associated skills and know-how. Hence the Fondation pour les Monuments Historiques attribution of study bursaries for students training in fine craft professions and engaging in research in the field of heritage. Several schools and universities (Institut National du Patrimoine, Écoles de Condé, École d’Avignon, École Boulle…) are among the foundation’s partners involved in supervising students’ work.

The study bursary jury, comprised of four members and presided over by Benoît Bassi, meets twice a year. Jury members:

– Jean-Michel Delisle, President of the Institut National des Métiers d’Art
– Dominique Flahaut, Owner-manager of La Billarderie (95)
– Jérôme Fromageau, university lecturer – Université Paris-Sud 11
